depends on what kind of test they do.
I would imagine, like a positive breath test, they could pull you in for a hair folical test.
Depending on how long your hair is, it shows up drugs fro months.

Sorry if it sounds like I am supporting intoxicated driving I would state I certainly am not.
The law was if you looked wired you got done and fair enough mild levels of intoxication alcohol or otherwise aren't really an issue, now they're just being vindictive because some choose to ignore the nonsense drug laws.
